ACIPS Internal Policy

Organizational Policies

1. Code of Conduct

All staff, researchers, and affiliates are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, respect, and professionalism. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical conduct is strictly prohibited.

2. Confidentiality

All internal documents, communications, and research data must be handled with strict confidentiality. Information must not be shared with unauthorized individuals.

3. Appointment & Duration

Appointments to ACIPS roles accepted must be confirmed; and are typically for a period of three (3) years unless otherwise stated. All appointments are subject to performance reviews and may be renewed upon mutual agreement. 4. Volunteer Remuneration

Volunteer positions at ACIPS are offered with modest honorariums or allowances as specified in individual appointment letters. These are non-salaried roles intended to promote commitment to ACIPS goals.

5. Reporting & Accountability

Officers and coordinators are required to submit regular reports and updates regarding their roles, including travel, research progress, and meeting participation. View Executive Travel Reports | View Meeting Minutes.

6. Access to Staff Portal

Only duly appointed staff and officers with authorized login credentials may access the ACIPS Staff Portal, where official documents, forms, and internal communications are managed.

7. Research Submission

All researchers are required to submit their proposals and reports through the designated platform. Submit Research Here.

9. Policy Review and Amendment

This policy is subject to annual review and may be amended by the ACIPS Executive Board as necessary. All staff will be notified of any changes.
